There are very little chances if you find a pearl, gemstone or jump ring detached in your ordered Jewellery.

Sometimes these glued items detached in shipping or hit by the earring post.

If you find the missing item in the box, please glue it with any epoxy resin like araldite or try carefully gluing with Fevikwik or any other instant adhesive.

We advice you to take safety precautions while gluing the gemstones.
