Refund policy
At Krishaz Wholesale, we deal exclusively in wholesale jewellery orders. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and bulk supply, we follow a strict return & exchange policy as outlined below.
1. Mandatory Opening Video
An un-edited opening video of the parcel is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
The video must clearly show:
* The sealed package
* The opening process
* The product(s) received
Claims without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only acceptable in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received
❌ Returns due to design dislike or change of mind are not acceptable.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Once the issue is verified by our team, the wholesale buyer must ship the product back to us.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the same product will be provided as an exchange (subject to stock availability).
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
4. No Monetary Refund Policy
No monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, UPI, or original payment method) will be provided.
All approved cases will be settled only through product exchange.
5. Time Frame for Reporting Issues
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints raised after this period will not be considered.
6. Wholesale Terms Acknowledgement
By placing an order on krishazwholesale.com the buyer confirms that:
They understand this is a wholesale platform
They agree to the No Refund, Exchange-Only Policy
They accept all terms mentioned above
