I never received the parcel. Worst service( actually Zero Sevice!!) by Xpressbees couriers. They never contacted me even once ...reason given for non delivery was restricted entry ( we get parcels day in and day out from other couriers ) .
I contacted Krishaaz shipping ..one person called Ms Anjali helped the maximum ...even gave me the hub address . When I went there . It was closed ..and the guy from the courier service told me that they had returned the parcel to the origin as there was restricted entry to my home twice !!! When i told him no one came to my address nor had any delivery person contacted me from xpressbess ...he was like ...Madam...we cannot do anything ...it's been sent back ...to seller ..
I buy things online on a day to day basis !! Worst experience ever !! Wasted time and effort !!
In all this ...one Ms Anjali really helped me to the most ..she did her best to help me get my parcel ...but still it was not of much use.
